1) Who we are

These Terms apply to your use of playkiwinz.com and our games/services (the “Service”). “We/us” means PlayKiwiNZ Limited.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3) Virtual coins, gameplay & no prizes

• Virtual coins and items are licensed to you for entertainment only.
• They are not money, not property, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or real-world value.
• Game outcomes are for entertainment; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.

4) In‑app purchases (if offered)

• Purchases (e.g., coin packs) grant a limited, revocable license to use virtual content in the Service.
• All sales are final except where refunds are required under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable).
• Prices may change; taxes may apply. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension/termination.
• Third‑party stores (e.g., Apple/Google) may have additional terms and handle billing.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/scripts, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate others’ rights or privacy.
• Do not use the Service for commercial purposes or to attempt to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items.

6) Content & intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the Service and all related IP. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms. If you submit content (e.g., feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk/harm, or for security/operational reasons. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any virtual content may be lost without compensation (subject to applicable law).

8) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special losses, or loss of data/profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by law.

10) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand (Auckland).

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
